Grilled aubergine with Parmesan cheese

Ingredients:

Crinkle Frites (freeze chill)
150 g slices of aubergine
50 g Parmesan cheese
30 g green leaf salads
20 g olive oil
20 g cooking oil
50 g curd
20 g garlic
5 g aromatic seasoning, salt, pepper

Recipe description:

Slice aubergine into approx. 1-cm-thick slices, put them on cloth and salt lightly. Let the salt work (it pulls out water). Dry the slices and grill them quickly from one side. Turn the slices and sprinkle them with olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese. Blend the soft curd with minced garlic, salt and aromatic seasoning. Stir all ingredients, serving them with grilled slices of aubergine, which can be decorated by a bundle of green leaf salads. Choose golden fried Farm Frites crinkle fries as side dish helping to raise the aesthetic level of the dish. Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package (in deep fryer at 175 °C for approx. 3 min).
