Grilled lamb chops with basil

Ingredienser:

150 g lamp chops
100 g spinach leaves
30 g garlic
8 g fresh basil leaves
20 g oil
20 g butter
ground pepper, salt, demi glace

Receptbeskrivning:

Press garlic and put to a deep bowl together with salt and chopped basil. Pour small amounts of oil to the bowl and stir until the paste is creamy. Pepper the lamp chops on both sides slightly and spread the thick layer of garlic paste on them. Lay the meat prepared at the above way on the preheated grill and grill them from both sides. Put the ready chops on the preheated plate, adding the leaves of fresh spinach, fried gently on olive oil, and serve Farm Frites Croquettes, prepared in deep fryer at 175 °C for approx. 3.5 min as side dish. Supplement the dish with strong demi glace with lamb fond.
