Pancakes (Reibekuchen) with scraps and sauerkraut

Ingredients:

50 g pork scraps
100 g sauerkraft
3 g salt, pepper
20 g oil
30 g onion

Recipe description:

Prepare Farm Frites potato pancakes by frying in deep fryer at 175 °C for 4 minutes, and keep them at a warm place. Fry chopped onion in the pan, add scraps and let the onion warm up. Add cut sauerkraft after dripping off the pickle. Season the mixture and when it is finished, top the fried pancakes with the mixture, decorating it with young onion.
