Schnitzels (fried pork steaks) “inside out”

Ingredi�nten:

Patata Brava Oven (diepvries) of
Patata Brava (diepvries)
200 g chicken or pork meat
30 g breadcrumbs
10 g smooth flour
30 g oil
2 eggs
50 g butter
50 g gravy (meat juice)
green parsley, minced caraway seeds, pepper, salt

Beschrijving recept:

Tenderize the steaks, season them with salt and pepper, and dredge in flour, whipped egg and breadcrumbs. Then dip them in whipped egg once more and fry in a larger amount of oil. Stack the fried schnitzels in the sauce pan. Insert a slice of butter between the schnitzels and pour pork or chicken (according to the meat used) gravy seasoned with minced caraway over them. The schnitzels are served with golden-brown fried Farm Frites „Patata Brava“ sprinkled with chopped parsley. The dish can be supplemented by garlic dip. Patata Brava are prepared in deep fryer at 175 oC for approx. 4.5 min.
