Meatballs (hamburgers) with herb cheese

100 g minced beef
3 g salt, pepper, sweet paprika
70 g fresh herb cheese
50 g bacon
50 g cherry tomatoes
20 g onion (shallot)
50 g oil
a bundle of basil or parsley for decoration

Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika and cheese. Wet your hands and form a meatball (hamburger). Wrap it in a slice of bacon around the edges, fixing it with a toothpick.
Cut onion finely, fry it in the pan until golden and remove from the pan. Then lay the meatball to the oil, frying it on each side for 5 minutes. Divide the rest of cheese on the individual pieces and let them melt. Decorate the meatball with fried onion, bacon chips and a cheese dumpling with herbs. You can garnish it with tomatoes and basil or parsley leaves on the plate.
