Marinated citrus fruit pork chops

Ingredients:

Frites 7 mm (freeze chill) or
Frites 10 mm (freeze chill) or
Frites 12 mm (freeze chill) or
Frites 15 mm (freeze chill) or
Oven Frites 10 mm (freeze chill) or
Frites 8 mm (chilled) or
Frites Tradition (chilled) or
Frites 12 mm (chilled) or
Frites 14 mm (chilled) or
Frites Crinkle (chilled) or
Fast Fry Frites 9 mm (freeze chill) or
200 g deboned pork chop, about 2.5 cm thick
juice and peels from two oranges
juice and peels from two lemons
20 ml balsamic vinegar
20 g Dijon mustard
30 g minced garlic
10 g dried thyme
5 g salt, pepper
30 g olive oil
20 g butter

Mix all ingredients (except of 1 teaspoon of oil), butter and chops in a bowl. Stir thoroughly. Let marinated the chops in the mixture for at least for 30 min (it is recommended to prepare everything in the morning and keep in the fridge until needed).
Heat the pan at medium heat, grease it with 1 teaspoon of oil and fry chops for 3 minutes on each side. Then pour marinade over the chops, lower the heat, and stew under the lid another 7 minutes. Turn the chops once in the meantime. Keep the chops warm after removing them. Increase the temperature under the pan to reduce the gravy until it thickens. Stir butter in the mixture. When the gravy is ready, pour it over the chops, which are immediately ready for serving with golden fried Farm Frites fries. Prepare them according to the instructions on the package (in deep fryer at 175 °C for 1.5 min). You can decorate the dish with a slice of carambole.
