Meatballs in piquant sauce

Ingredi�nten:

Patata Brava Oven (diepvries) of
Patata Brava (diepvries)
200 g Farm Frites Patata Brava
150 g minced pork
1 egg
0.5 baguette
30 g olives
30 g streaky bacon
50 g onion
20 g garlic
20 g oil
30 g pickled peeled tomatoes
wild marjoram, bay leaves, sugar, chilli powder, salt, basil and parsley

Cut olives into slices and bacon into cubes. Chop the onion and garlic. Fry the half of onion in hot oil briefly and stir in tomatoes with pickles, olives, wild marjoram, bay leaves and sugar. Season the ingredients with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Stew under the lid for 30 minutes.
Cut the baguette into larger cubes. Wash and chop the herbs. Keep several leaves of basil for decoration. Knead the meat with half of basil, egg, baguette cubes, and the rest of onion, garlic, olives, salt and pepper. Form balls and fry them in the pan with oil for about 10 minutes.
Stir the rest of basil and parsley to tomato sauce. Pour tomato sauce on the plate, adding meatballs in it, decorated by fresh basil. Choose golden-brown fried Farm Frites „Patata Brava“ as side dish, supplementing the dish with their delicious taste. Patata Brava potatoes are prepared in deep fryer at 175 oC for approx. 4.5 min.
