Liver garnished with apples

Ingredienser:

Rösties med lök (djupfryst)
150 g poultry livers
10 g smooth flour
30 g rendered butter
50 g apples
30 g onion
20 ml red wine
freshly milled white pepper, salt
a spring of fresh marjoram

Receptbeskrivning:

Rinse poultry liver, dry them and toss in smooth flour. Melt rendered butter in the sauce pan, on which have roasted the liver on both sides, sprinkling it with red wine at the end. Salt them and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Rinse apples, cut out the cores carefully, and cut the apples into the rings. Cut the peeled onion into the rings, too. Remove the liver from the heat. Stew the onion and apple rings in another pan, and fry potato Farm Frites Rösties until golden-brown (in deep fryer for 175 °C for approx. 3 min). Lay fried potato Rösties , on which you arrange both apple and onion rings together with liver and vegetable, on the plate. Fresh bay leaves or pellets of fried almonds can be added to taste.
