Fresh from the land: the new harvest has arrived

It’s a moment to look forward to every year: the first fries made from freshly harvested potatoes. That pure potato flavour, the golden-yellow colour – fries just the way you like to serve them. And here’s the good news: the new harvest is coming in, and we’re already using it to delight your guests!

Freshly harvested, freshly cut

At the start of the harvest season, we use early potato varieties for our fresh fries – types that can be harvested earlier in the year. These early varieties are known for their rich, full potato flavour, which really shines through in our fresh-cut fries.

2025: Favourable growing conditions

As a natural product, potato quality varies each year depending on the weather, soil, and growing conditions. This year, those conditions have been ideal for early varieties: planting started early in the spring and the good weather supported excellent growth. The result? A strong early harvest – so this summer, you can count on flavourful, fresh fries.

Let your guests know

The first deliveries of fresh fries from the new harvest are already on their way. You’ll spot them by the special tape on the box. Let your guests know you're serving fries made from the new harvest – because they don’t often get to taste them this fresh!
