1. Prepare the hashbrowns according to the package instructions.
2. Fill the Mantou bun with hashbrowns, pork adobo and vegetables.

1. Stir-fry pork belly until cooked through and move to a pot.
2. Add water, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and pepper. Heat and bring to a boil, season with soy sauce and salt.
3. Lower the heat and simmer until the pork is tender. Chop the pork into bite-size and set aside.

Method of preparation pickled carrot:
1. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and water into a pot. Bring to aboil then reduce to simmer, remove from heat and let cool completely.
2. Add carrot and mix well together. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
