Italian Fritto Misto With Wedges Skin On

Ingredients (4 pers.):

  • 200g Farm Frites Fries of your choice
  • 50g red pepper
  • 100g courgette
  • 100g aubergine
  • 100g mushroom
  • 50g onion
  • Salt
  • Flour

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the vegetables into 10mm strips.
  2. Dust vegetables in flour & Deep fry them until browned & cooked.
  3. Prepare fries according to the package instructions and salt them.
  4. Serve together the vegetables.
