300g Finest Fries 5mm
2 fillet steaks (+/- 180 grams each)
1 bunch of radishes
A handful of lamb’s lettuce
Aged balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
Heat olive oil in a pan & seal the fillet on both sides. Finish the steaks in the oven at 175°C until cooked as requested.
Put the garlic, rosemary, thyme and radishes in the pan and splash with the aged balsamic vinegar. Mix in the lamb’s lettuce to finish.
Prepare the fries according to the package.
Serve the fillet and the salad mix on a separate plate. Garnish the dish with Super Fine Fries on top of the meat.
