Satay Fries
Asian loaded fries.
Ingredients (4 pers.):
- 800 gr. Farm Frites Fries of Your choice
- 6 tbsp. satay sauce
- Indonesian fried coconut flakes such as Soerendeng
- Atjar, Indonesian vegetable pickle (From jar)
- Coriander
Method of preparations;
- Heat the satay sauce.
- Prepare the fries according to the package instructions.
- Divide the fries on two plates and add the sauce.
- Decorate with coconut flakes, Atjar and coriander.
