Colour Pop Loaded Fries

This is what you need for two people

Fries & toppings

  • 300 g of Farm Frites crispy coated 10 mm fries

  • 75 g pulled jackfruit (recipe below)

  • 2 tbsp crème fraiche

  • 2 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp crispy fried onions

  • Pickled red onion

  • Coriander or parsley

  • Edible flowers

Pulled jackfruit

  • 250 g jackfruit

  • 25 ml hoisin sauce

  • 25 ml soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • ½ tbsp grated ginger

This is how you prepare your dish
  1. Mix the pulled jackfruit in a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and sriracha until combined. If needed, simmer over low heat to thicken. Drain the jackfruit and shred it using two forks. In a pan, cook the jackfruit with the sauce for about 5 minutes until warm and fully coated.

  2. Prepare the fries according to the package instructions.

  3. Fill a serving plate with fries and top with the pulled jackfruit. Drizzle with sriracha mayonnaise and crème fraiche. Garnish with pickled red onion, edible flowers, crispy fried onions, and fresh herbs.
