Mexican Tacos & Fries

Mexican cuisine is hot this summer. Bring a touch of Mexican flair to your terrace with these flavourful tacos, filled with spiced chicken, topped with fresh guacamole, sour cream, and spicy tomato salsa. Of course, served with deliciously Crispy Coated 7mm fries. Let the fiesta begin!
This is what you need for four people
  • 600g Farm Frites Crispy Coated 7mm Fries

  • 4 soft shell corn tacos

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp Mexican seasoning

  • 4 tbsp guacamole

  • 4 tbsp sour cream

  • 4 tbsp tomato salsa

  • Pickled red onion

  • Fresh coriander

This is how you prepare your dish
  1. Heat the soft-shell corn tacos according to the instructions on the packaging.

  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips, marinate them with the Mexican seasoning, and cook them in a pan or on a baking tray until fully cooked.

  3. Make your guacamole and season to taste. Do the same for the tomato salsa.

  4. Fry the Farm Frites Crispy Coated 7mm Fries according to the package instructions.

  5. Fill the soft tacos with the cooked chicken strips and crispy fries. Top with guacamole, sour cream, and tomato salsa. Garnish with pickled red onion and fresh coriander.

  6. Place the fries on a large platter and put the filled tacos on top!
