Mini Squids with Mini Waffles Hashbrowns

This is what you need for two people
300 g scored squid
2 tbsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fried garlic
1 tbsp. chopped coriander root
2 tbsp. chopped red bird eye chili (red color)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. chopped spring onion
Crispy flour
Chili sauce
This is how you prepare your dish
Mix black pepper and crispy flour with squid in a mixing bowl. Fry with medium heat until crispy, remove from heat and drain the excess oil.
Prepare the mini waffle hashbrowns according to the package instructions.
Stir-fry coriander root with chili until fragrant. Add the fried squid and fried garlic, stir well together. Add the waffle hashbrowns and stir the mixture well.
Season with salt and pepper. Add spring onion and stir well together, serve with chili sauce.
