Scoops & Club Sandwich
Whether you're making a club sandwich for one or serving a crowd, this dish paired with Scoops is perfect for sharing or enjoying as a quick lunch.
Ingredients for 4 people:
12 slices of sandwich bread
600 g grilled chicken breast
4 slices of smoked bacon
mayonnaise dressing
salad leaves
8 slices of tomato
12 slices of cheddar cheese
butter
This is how you prepare your dish:
Lightly butter the slices of bread and toast them on the grill or in a pan.
Cut the grilled chicken into thin slices.
Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy.
Alternate the layers of the sandwich: mayonnaise, lettuce slices, chicken, tomato, cheddar and bacon; add another slice of bread and repeat the operation. Cover with a third slice of bread, secure everything with a long toothpick, cut into two triangles.
Prepare the Scoops according to the package and serve with the Club Sandwich.
