Scoops & Club Sandwich

Whether you're making a club sandwich for one or serving a crowd, this dish paired with Scoops is perfect for sharing or enjoying as a quick lunch.

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 600 g Farm Frites Scoops Skin On Coated

  • 12 slices of sandwich bread

  • 600 g grilled chicken breast

  • 4 slices of smoked bacon

  • mayonnaise dressing

  • salad leaves

  • 8 slices of tomato

  • 12 slices of cheddar cheese

  • butter

This is how you prepare your dish:
  1. Lightly butter the slices of bread and toast them on the grill or in a pan.

  2. Cut the grilled chicken into thin slices.

  3. Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy.

  4. Alternate the layers of the sandwich: mayonnaise, lettuce slices, chicken, tomato, cheddar and bacon; add another slice of bread and repeat the operation. Cover with a third slice of bread, secure everything with a long toothpick, cut into two triangles.

  5. Prepare the Scoops according to the package and serve with the Club Sandwich.
