Urban Fries with Smoked Chipotle Mayonnaise
Crispy, tasty Urban Fries meet their perfect match with this smoky, spicy chipotle mayo. Ideal as a signature side or sharer, this dish delivers full-on flavour with a modern edge.
This is what you need for two people:
300 g Urban Fries
4 tbsp mayonnaise (or vegan alternative)
1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 tsp adobo sauce (from the same tin)
½ tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp lime or lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, grated or crushed
Salt, to taste
Optional variation: Add 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt for a lighter, tangier finish
This is how you prepare your dish:
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Adjust seasoning with more lime juice or salt, if needed.
Chill for at least 15 minutes to let the flavours develop.
Prepare the Urban Fries according to the on-pack instructions.
Serve the fries with a generous side of the smoked chipotle mayo.
