Urban Loaded Fries with Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork 
Urban Fries bring comfort to the table, loaded with tender pulled pork, melted cheese, and delicious toppings. A rich, satisfying dish that hits all the right notes, ideal for casual dining or indulgent sharing. 
Ingredients for a big portion of loaded fries: 
  • 300 g Urban Fries 

  • 100 g pulled pork 

  • 2 tbsp smoky BBQ sauce 

  • 30 g grated cheddar cheese (or 2 slices, melted) 

  • 2 tbsp pickled red onions 

  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped 

Preparation: 
  1. Prepare the pulled pork by slow-cooking until tender and easy to shred (approx. 4–6 hours on low heat or use pre-cooked). 

  2. Prepare the Urban Fries according to the on-pack instructions until ready and crispy. 

  3. Layer it up: place the fries on a serving dish, add pulled pork, and drizzle over the BBQ sauce. 

  4. Add the cheese and melt under a grill or in a hot oven for 1–2 minutes until bubbling. 

  5. Finish with pickled red onions and a scatter of fresh coriander.
