This is what you need for 4 people
1 pack of Scoops, skin-on, coated
4 oz. crabmeat
half of a fresh lime
1 tbsp of fresh chopped mint
salt & pepper
2 ripe avocados
kosher salt
This is how you prepare your dish
Prepare the Scoops skin-on coated by following the on-pack instructions.
Chop the crabmeat and squeeze with fresh lime juice, then add salt, pepper and chopped mint.
Mash 2 avocados with about a tbsp of kosher salt.
Spread the avocado mash on the Scoops and top with the crabmeat mixture.
Garnish with some fresh chopped mint leaves.
