Greenhouse gas emissions
Greenhouse gas intensity remains similar.
We have calculated the total carbon footprint for all our factories, potato-growing operations, transport and other purchased materials. The emissions related purely to the usage of electricity and natural gas in our factories were compared to 2012 and remained similar with around 232 kg CO2 per tonne finished product. We will continue calculating and reporting our total footprint to identify areas of improvement in the supply chain.
