This is what you need for one portion;
  • 5 oz grams Farm Frites Finest Fries 1/4"

  • 3.5 oz grams chopped bacon

  • 7 oz chopped cabbage

  • 3.5 oz julienned carrot

  • 5.5 oz julienned bell pepper

  • 3.5 oz julienned onion

  • 4-5 chopped spring onion

  • ¾ cup Tonkatsu sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Seaweed flakes (Aonori)

  • Red pickled ginger

This is how you prepare your dish
  1. Stir-fry bacon until fragrant.

  2. Season with Tonkatsu sauce, add vegetables and stir-fry well together.

  3. Prepare the fries according to the package instructions.
