Oven: Place on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 230°C/450°F/Gas mark 8 for 12-15 minutes. Turn once during cooking. Deep fryer: Fry small quantities in hot oil (175°C/347°F) for 3-4 minutes. Shallow Fry: Preheat a little oil in a frying pan, add the product and fry over a moderate heat for 7-9 minutes, turn occasionally.
