"Oven: Place on a baking sheet and place in a pre-heated oven at 230°C/450°F/Gas mark 8 for 10-15 minutes. Turn once during cooking. Deep fryer: Fry small quantities in hot oil (175°C/347°F) for 3-4 minutes. Shallow Fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a moderate heat for 7-9 minutes, turn occasionally."
