Tasty Potato Pancakes

Our potato pancakes can serve as a main course, side dish, appetizer, or even as a dessert. These crispy Farm Frites potato pancakes, topped with caramelized peaches, figs, and a burst of berries, make for a perfect sweet dessert.
 
This is what you need for two people
  •  6 pcs Potato Pancakes

  • 1 peach

  • 1 fig

  • 6 raspberries

  • 6 blackberries

  • 0.75 oz cashew nuts

  • 1.5 tbsp butter

  • 0.75 oz sugar

  • 2.5 tbsp orange juice

 This is how you prepare your dish
  1.  Pour the sugar into the pan and lightly caramelize it. Add the nuts, cut the peaches and figs, pour over the orange juice, and finally, add the butter.

  2. Fry the Farm Frites potato pancakes according to the instructions on the package and arrange them on the plate.

  3. Spread the fruit and nuts from the pan on the pancakes, pour the sauce over them and top with additional fresh fruit: raspberries and blackberries.
