150 grams Farm Frites Finest Fries 7mm
100 grams chopped bacon
200 grams chopped cabbage
100 grams julienned carrot
160 grams julienned bell pepper
100 grams julienned onion
4-5 chopped spring onion
¾ cup Tonkatsu sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Seaweed flakes (Aonori)
Red pickled ginger
