This is what you need for one portion;

  • 100 grams chopped bacon - 200 grams chopped cabbage

  • 100 grams julienned carrot

  • 160 grams julienned bell pepper

  • 100 grams julienned onion

  • 4-5 chopped spring onion

  • ¾ cup Tonkatsu sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • Seaweed flakes (Aonori)

  • Red pickled ginger
