This is what you need for two people
500 g Farm Frites Rissolées
8 eggs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion
Olive oil
200 g grated cheese
Optional: fresh herbs
This is how you prepare your dish
Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic into a skillet, and sauté them until they become soft and lightly browned.
Add the pre-cooked Rissolées and sauté them for a few minutes until they become golden brown.
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the grated cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional fresh herbs. Pour the egg mixture over the potato cubes in the pan.
Reduce the heat to low and let the frittata cook slowly until the edges start to set.
While the frittata is cooking, preheat your oven's broiler.
Place the pan under the broiler in the preheated oven and let the frittata cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the top is golden brown and firm.
Remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for a moment before removing it from the pan.
Cut the frittata into wedges and serve it warm. You can also serve it with a green salad on the side.
Enjoy the fresh taste of the land!
