This is what you need for four people:
150 g squid rings
150 g prawn tails
150 g cod fillets
Remoulade sauce
Salt
This is how you prepare your dish:
Flour and fry the fish in the fryer. Lightly salt, wiping off any excess frying oil.
Prepare the Scoops according to the package.
Fill the 'cuoppo' with fish and Scoops.
Serve with the remoulade sauce.
