"Deep fryer: Fry small quantities in hot oil (175°C) for 3,5-4 minutes. Oven: Preheat until 220 °C(hot air) and place an oven shelve with a layer of chips in the preheated oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes until the chips are crispy and well cooked. Advice is to quickly turn the chips half way through preparation time. Combi steamer: Preheat until 220°C (hot air) and place the baskets with a single layer of chips (ca.1kg) in a preheated oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the chips are crispy and well cooked. Advice is to quickly shake the baskets half way the preparation time."
