Hybrid Meat Burger with Crinkle Fries

Want to make your menu a bit more conscious this summer? Tap into the ‘hybrid meat’ trend with this flavourful Hybrid Burger and crispy crinkle-cut fries. The burger patty combines plant-based and animal ingredients, making it a more sustainable choice. Hybrid meat is a growing trend, especially popular among Gen Z.
This is what you need for two people

Hybrid Burger

  • 250 g Farm Frites Crinkle Fries

  • 2 Burger buns

  • 2 Hybrid Meat Burger patties

  • 2x Cheddar cheese slices

  • Lettuce (e.g. romaine)

  • 2 Tomato slices

  • 6 rings of red onion

  • 4 slices of pickle

Burger sauce

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • ½ tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp chipotle sauce

This is how you prepare your dish
  1. Prepare the Hybrid Meat Burger according to the instructions on the packaging. During the last minute of cooking, melt a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty. And toast the Burger Buns.

  2. To create the burger sauce, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and chipotle sauce. Stir until well blended.

  3. Spread the burger sauce on the bottom of each toasted bun. Place the Hybrid Meat Burger patty on top. Then, layer with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, and pickle slices. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a Farm Frites cocktail pick.

  4. Fry the Farm Frites Crinkle Fries according to the packaging and serve as on the side
