Preparation

Deep fryer: Deep fry small quantities in hot oil (175°C/347°F) for 1:30-2:00 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F. Place frozen product in a single layer on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 9:00-10:00 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.

mozzarella (49.0%) (pasteurised milk, salt, microbial rennet, starter), breadcrumbs (22.9%) (wheat flour (22.2%), salt, yeast, parsley, turmeric, paprika powder), palm oil, water, wheat flour (6.0%), thickener: methyl cellulose (E461), salt, maltodextrin (wheat), sodium caseinate (milk), garlic powder, onion powder, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500ii), stabiliser: diphosphates (E450), parsley, sunflower oil, garlic extract.
